Processing time:4-8 business days for WM Doll, 6YE Doll, IronTech Doll and 3x Doll.

Processing time:30-40 business days for SinoDoll.

Shipping time:6-12 business days.

Duty Policy: NO Custom Duty to USA.

In other countries, the Custom duty might be required at delivery. We have nothing to do with this, it is required by the government and it usually ranges from $50 to $100. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees.




As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Once receive your order, we will start the manufacturing process of your doll. All sex dolls are custom-made, As this is a custom product created just for you, your order can not be canceled for any reason. If you want to modify, edit or upgrade the order, you have to reach us in 24 hours from the time of purchase in order to request the changes and to see if the changes are possible, extra fees might be charged depending on your request.



Due to the nature of this product, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or refund as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the sex dolls industry.

If your product or any part is damaged during the shipment process and the box has visible damages PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE and you should open a complaint with the shipment carrier as that probably happened during the shipment. After that, please report to us so we can also escalate it. Cardboard boxes and even Flight Case might get scratches or get broken during the shipment as most products are heavy. Please report to the shipping company if you see visible issues on the box.

If the product has any issues, please send photos to us and we will assess the issue in order to provide a solution, it will depend on the nature of the incident.
